My order has not been delivered. How do I follow up?

Send us the order details via email or the shopping platform to update you of the delivery status. You may also call us at +632 8926-6642 .

Can I buy books in commercial bookstores? 

Our books are available only in UP campus bookstores for now. You may visit us in UP Diliman or buy online.

Do you sell in different UP campuses?

We are working towards making our books available on UP campuses. In the meantime, we have consigned books in Mt. Cloud in Baguio City, Solidaridad, UST, University Hotel and will soon be available at the UPPershelf in UP Town Center.

Are e-books available?

Only print copies are available as of the moment. Please standby for the digital versions and print on demand.

I submitted a print manuscript but have not received a response. What should I do?

How can I invite UP Press to our event?

What are other promos aside from the usual discounts?

We offer bundles and discounts during book fairs, conferences, launches, and birth month. UP students, faculty, staff, and alumni are entitled to a 10% discount. 

How do I get in touch with the authors?

We advise you to check their public profiles and institutional information for related inquiries.

Are the books available for bulk order or consignment?

Yes. Send a message to press@up.edu.ph. We partner with various schools and companies for consignment.

I cannot find an old title on the website. Where can I inquire?
