Luis G. Sison is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of the Philippines. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1998. His positions include Vice-Chancellor for Research and Development at UP Diliman, President of the IEEE Philippine Section, and visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. He has published over 30 papers in conferences and journals and has advised two master’s theses.
